Nvidia GeForce 340.52 WHQL

Nvidia has released the 340.52 WHQL certified graphics driver. This driver is for GeForce 8 and higher graphics cards under Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8. It is the recommended driver for Metro: Redux and Final Fantasy XIV, and adds GameStream capabilities for streaming to SHIELD devices. It also provides new and updated SLI and 3D Vision profiles, along with bug fixes. The driver package incorporates the 9.13.1220 PhysX drivers and GeForce Experience 2.1.1.

CCleaner 4.16

A new Version 4.16.4736 of the free CCleaner system cleaning utility has been released. Changes include improved 64-bit architecture on Windows 7 and 8, improved Chrome and Firefox cleaning, the addition of a Repair option to the Uninstall tool, improved Startup Item tool compatibility, the addition of OneDrive cleaning, along with a range of minor improvements and bug fixes.

AMD has released the Catalyst 14.7 RC graphics driver for the HD 5000 series and above on Windows 7 and 8.1. This beta improves CrossFire scaling in Assassin's Creed IV, provides an updated CrossFire profile for Plants vs. Zombies, and has a workaround for 60Hz flickering on the AOC U2868PQU monitor.
